My Background

Cindi’s career began with Humana Health Insurance Company where she worked for 11 years, holding various management positions. She worked in Group Administration, Underwriting, Telemarketing and Sales. During the last 5 years she was the National Sales Liaison, responsible for improving relations among 43 sales offices and headquarters staff. In 1991 Cindi chose to directly assist clients by becoming a registered representative for Equitable and was quickly promoted to Regional Vice President AXA/Advisors Equitable of the Green Bay Sales Office. She built the office from 7 agents in 1994 producing $375,000 in FYC to 36 agents in 2003 producing 1.4 million in FYC. She also produced FYC herself at over $75,000-$100,000 per year. 

Cindi also owned a health insurance brokerage company that she started in 1991 called FOX BENEFITS BY DESIGN, a company designed to offer insurance packages along with educational and custom financial programs to both individuals and corporations. Targeting several markets, Cindi specialized in union & large self-funded contracts. 

Cindi started with New York Life as a partner in November of 2003 and opened a start-up Sales Office in Appleton, WI. She ended 2004 number 9 in the nation, 1st prior NYL Award 2004, Platinum Peak Performance 2004, Excellence in Recruiting 2004. She ended number 7 in the nation in 2005, 2nd prior NYL Award and Corporate Vice Presidents award 2005. She ended number 3 in the nation in 2006 and earned the leading partner award “TOP GUN” in 2006. She has built the office to 19 contract agents producing over $500,000 FYC per year and personally opened up a new location in Green Bay, WI 1/2007. She was promoted to Sr. Partner 9/2007. 

She was born and raised in Wisconsin and is married to Bill Ritcey. She has two sons Bryan Fox and Clark Fox. She adores her family and practices the model of family first.
